Every candidate goes through an initial screening call, skills verification, and a motivation check. For technical roles, we can also provide an optional technical assessment or coding test.

    Our fee ranges from 5% to 30% of the annual salary, depending on the role’s complexity and whether technical vetting is included. The fee covers sourcing, screening, interview coordination, shortlisting, ongoing communication, and support until the candidate starts – no hidden costs.

    Most searches generate strong candidates within 5–10 business days, depending on the seniority and specialization. For urgent or high-demand roles, we prioritize sourcing to accelerate delivery. Our goal is always to present the first shortlist as quickly as possible – without compromising quality.
